It could be cesarean or normal delivery, the uterus will normally take 6 weeks to its normal size.

In these 6 weeks women will have bleeding. According to women body and healthy condition the bleeding can stop early in few.

But, in the first 2 days the bleeding will be too heavy.

 

What If There Is Severe Bleeding Even After 2 Days?

If you have c -section or normal delivery, the mother should have a gap of at least 2-3 years before having the second baby.

The mother should recover from the surgery before going for the second child. By this time the first child will be grown up.

After the second delivery the mother will have bleeding for 6 weeks, so the risk of infection is greater. Most mother are required to stay in hospital and never to in physical contact with husband.

  • Avoid outside foods, eat more of foods with protein, fiber, iron, half liter milk every day, fruits.
  • Avoid oil foods and spicy food.
  • Mothers can eat small amounts of eggs, meat, greens and milk bread.
  • Mothers should take almond milk, oatmeal to increase the milk for the baby.
  • She should eat more of pulses, meat to reduce the damages caused during surgery.

Tips for women after C-section to have a healthy life:

 

  1. Most of the women tend to take rest for days after C-section delivery, this is not good, she should walk for a while every day.
  2. Every after discharge, she should walk for 10-15 minutes every day at home.
  3. If you have habit of exercising on trade mill, you need to wait for at least 1 month.
  4. After 6 weeks, the months can do normal exercises
  5. After a month, women can normal house hold works, except lifting heavy weights
  6. Aerobics, weights and running should be done only after 3 month.
