Avoid Heart Stroke’s Eating an Egg Every Day

Egg Nutrition Center now says that eating an egg every day can reduce heart strokes by 12%.

Firstly, it was hard to listen, as way back in 90’s, few researches have told to just have a single egg in a week. But, the new research has proven that eating an egg every day or three eggs in a week can reduce the bad cholesterol level in the blood and reduce heart strokes.


The research also says that we have found a way to reduce heart stroke but nor heart disease. All the researchers didn’t prove of what can happen if we eat more than an egg every day.

Finally, its good news for everyone, make an egg part of your daily diet.
